In a world of 6-second Vines and 15-second Instavideos it’s nice to see some dedication to longer form content. Pharrell Williams takes his far-too-catchy tune, Happy, and turns it into 24 hour-long videos of people dancing along in happiness.
The website, 24 Hours of Happy, stitches together all 24 videos (that, including the single’s video, total in the region of 60 million YouTube views) and let’s you watch any of the huge cast of happy dancers at any time of the day.
There’s a place for long-form video content. Just so long as it’s necessary. In this case, I think it is. #cantgettuneoutofhead
If you need to shake off those weekend blues then just listen to Pharrell.
